Our return policy allows for returns within 5 days from the date of purchase/delivery. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase/delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or if you received the wrong item. For damaged product claims, we require a video of the product opening, and the claim should be made as soon as you receive the product. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email or WhatsApp text to confirm the receipt of your return. We will then notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process it, and the refund amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend checking your bank account and contacting your credit card company. Sometimes, it takes some time for refunds to be officially posted. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Return Shipping (if applicable)
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. These shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item valued over Rs. 1000, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proper tracking.
